Check out 1100 Check in after 1500 or by arrangement. The room will be reserved for your arrival until no later than 19.00 local time. If you will be arriving later than that time, you must guarantee your late arrival with a credit card or confirm with a telephone call. A deposit is required to complete the online booking. We have PCI secure online payment options for Visa. Mastercard and Paypal. Any discount will be applied to the accommodation bill on check-out. The discount and tariff fare based on the rate at the time of booking. Tariffs do vary without notice.
Reservations/bookings without payment of deposit or full amount are subject to tariff changes at our discretion. A deposit will always secure the tariff applicable at that time. Bookings without a deposit or payment taken will be asked to confirm their intentions several days before the arrival date. Unconfirmed bookings will be released for resale.
Up to two days (48 hours) before day of booking cancellation is free. Within two days, the cancellation fee is 100% of the first night's booking.

All children up to 2 years stay free of charge. Children's cots/cribs provided by parents although we do have a limited number. Please check with us.

Our company Stormpetrel Limited is PCI DSS compliant which means it has passed an audit that checks its adherence to card industry security practice. Realex and Evalon provide our internet merchant services and we are required by them to provide regular audits of our internet security. Our website is also periodically checked by a security firm Trustwave to ensure compliance with internet merchant trading standards.
We are conscious of our legal responsibilities as a “data controller” and we support the principles of data protection reflected in the 1995 EU Directive on Data Protection and applicable national implementing legislation. We do not store your credit card data. We shall endeavour to ensure that the personal information we obtain and use will always be held, used, transferred and otherwise processed in accordance with our legal obligations.
How we obtain personal information about you
We may as a result of your interaction with our Sites and our communications with you hold and process personal information obtained about you. We do NOT store your debit or credit card information entered durung the booking process. Your debit or credit card details such as the long card number and expiry date are rendered invisible to us as soon as they entered and the transaction concluded.

How we collect and use non-personal information
Please note that when anyone visits any of the Sites, we automatically collect certain non-personal information such as the type of computer operating system (e.g., Windows or Mac OS) and browser (e.g., Safari, Netscape, Internet Explorer) being used, and the domain name of the internet service provider. We sometimes use the non-personal information that we collect to improve the design and content of the Sites and to enable us to personalise your experience.
